Servant's Council
The Servant's Council is made up of 5th - 7th graders who have made a
commitment to serve the Lord by serving his body in the area of children's ministry.
Each individual works on Sunday mornings in various ministry roles. The
purpose of the Servant's Council is to have a place of service for pre-teen boys and girls
and to train them in areas of service. On Sundays, we provide areas of service that
include - ushering, sound, video, prize patrol, sign-in tables, etc.
With this training it is expected that the boys and girls will realize that the
life of the Christian is a life of service. In order to have adults who are
servants, it is our belief that we need to provide areas of meaningful service for our
pre-teens. |
